Privacy policy

What we collect

When you sign up and use Trike, we collect:

• Signup info — your name, work email, phone number, and company info (DBA name, legal name, HQ address).
• Your locations and the employee roster you provide for training.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Training completion records — delivered to us by SCORM Cloud when an employee finishes a course.
• The DBPR submission packets we generate on your behalf, including the cover sheet, locations spreadsheet, and reviewer-access PDF.

How we use it

• Run the platform and your portal.
• Generate compliance packets you can file with DBPR.
• Send training invitations and reminder emails to employees.
• Handle billing and renewals.

Who we share it with

We share only what each vendor needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — transactional email (signup confirmations, password resets, training invitations, reminders).
• SCORM Cloud — training delivery and completion tracking.
• DBPR — when you submit a packet, that is the whole point. We send it on your direction, with you on cc.
• Florida Petroleum Marketers Association — for FPMA-funnel signups only, and only attribution metadata (that the signup came through the FPMA funnel). Never employee names, training records, or operational data.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Your rights

• You can request a copy of your data — email hey@trike.co.
• You can request deletion of your account and data — email hey@trike.co.
• You can update your organization details anytime in /portal/settings.

Cookies and tracking

We use session cookies through Supabase Auth so you stay logged in. We don’t run third-party analytics, ad pixels, or cross-site tracking.

Children

Trike is not directed at users under 18. Don’t sign up if you’re under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll notify you with an in-portal banner and an email before the change takes effect.
