Terms of service

What you’re agreeing to

These terms govern your use of trike-marketplace.vercel.app to handle Florida CSSA compliance training for your organization. By signing up, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

Your account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of the organization details and employee roster you enter.
  • One account per organization. Don’t share login credentials across separate organizations.

Compliance

The packets Trike generates are tools to help you submit to DBPR. DBPR makes its own decision on every submission. We don’t and can’t guarantee DBPR will accept a given packet. If DBPR comes back with questions, we’ll help you respond, but the filing is yours.

Payment

  • Per-seat purchases are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
  • Refunds are at our discretion. We’ll consider a refund within 14 days of purchase if no seats have been consumed.
  • The $100 DBPR filing fee is paid directly to DBPR — Trike does not collect it.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t share login credentials across organizations.
  • Don’t attempt to access another organization’s data.
  • Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise probe the platform.
  • Don’t use Trike to submit fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate filings to DBPR.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, abuse, or fraud. You can cancel anytime from /portal/billing. On cancellation, you keep access through the end of your current paid period.

Liability and disclaimers

Trike is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or specific compliance outcomes.

Nothing on this site is legal advice. For specific compliance questions, consult an attorney. For specific DBPR questions, contact DBPR.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. We’ll try to resolve disputes informally first — email hey@trike.co. If we can’t resolve it that way, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
